Reservation Deposit

50% of the rental costs are require at the time of booking. From September 1st until May 1st. The full reservation/cost is due in full on May 1st this amount is non-refundable. On receipt of reservation and deposit, a confirmation notice will be sent to client. Reservation deposits can be made by VISA, MasterCard or cash.

Final Payment

All rental charges must be paid for in full after May 1st of the rental year. Before the scheduled equipment pick-up date. Payment in full will be required at the time of booking on all rentals made with less than 30 days notice of the pickup date (low season). Unpaid rentals at the 30 day period will be cancelled. Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, or cash. GST extra.

Maid Service Charge

Travel trailers returned in a "dirty" condition will be subject to "Maid Service" charges. Maid service is $125.00 per hour charge (minimum charge is 1 hour).

Security Deposit

RV rentals will require a minimum $2500 security deposit. The deposit will be taken as a pre-authorization charge to a credit card. Cash deposits will be held for 30 days after the rental has ended. Or when an inspection of all camping equipment rented has been carried out by a Rent eh Tent Canada Ltd supervisor, when rental equipment is returned in the same condition as it was received. Refer to "Damage/Dirty/Lost Policy" for full deposit refund explanations in policies. Deposits can be made with VISA, MasterCard or cash.


Reservations can be cancelled and a 100% refund will be provided if made within 72 hr or three days of the booking date, less a $75.00 administration charge.


Rent eh Tent Canada Ltd offers no refunds. Unless otherwise specified. We recommend you take out cancellation insurance where available. Check with your credit card companies’ insurance policies when booking with a credit card. Also, ask about the RET cancelation plan.
